Sales numbers are UP! The number of homes under contract is up 42% from November of last year! Sales numbers are holding up - we will outpace 2007 figures - easily.
Months Supply of Inventory (MSI) is down 3.8 Months from this time last year.
The Number of new listings coming on the market dropped by 15%.
Third Quarter 2008 Sales are up 25% over Third Quarter 2007.
