Arrowcreek is a gated master planned community with benefits- golf courses and two in fact!  Located at the base of the Sierra Mountain foothills with just over 3200 acres and views of the City of Reno and the valleys of Truckee Meadows.  With the 36 holes of championship golf designed by Arnold Palmer and Fuzzy Zoeller, players experience incredible views from every hole and year round play.  Arrowcreek is a mere 20 minutes from popular playgrounds of Mt. Rose and Lake Tahoe. Sierra Summit shopping mall is the newest and modern out door mall in our area.  Arrowcreek offers plenty of real estate options with homes starting in the low $400's and custom homes to over $2,000,000.   Custom home-sites are available from low $200's.

Caughlin Ranch started development in the mid 1980's and reaches across 2400 acre planned community.  With several housing options to suit all tastes Caughlin Ranch is very popular. As you approach Caughlin Ranch,winding along the roads you will notice the views of all the ponds, walking trails and extensive landscaping in the common areas. Caughlin Ranch is an award winning neighborhood that was well thought out to take advantage of the city and mountain vies located in the western foothills of Reno.  Price range from $300,000 to $1,200,000+.

Downtown and the urban lifestyle.  Modern high rise condominiums with penthouses and lofts to the tree lines streets and brick homes within walking distance to chic bars, restaurants and shopping. Hugely popular events from live entertainment, street festivals, museums, the Truckee River with water based sports and the all new Reno Aces Baseball stadium.  Price Guide $400,000+

Galena Forest & St. James Village With an abundance of pine trees this community comes right out of the story book.  Set just above the snow line on the way to Mt. Rose.  These custom homes, many with wood exterior offer a variety of design and architectural details and are typically on an acre of unfenced acreage.  Price Guide $400,000+

Hidden Valley is located on the eastern outskirts of Reno.  The original development was centered around the Hidden Valley Country Club in 1960 and a Private club.  The golf course with its multi million dollar face-lift in 2000 has a great modern day feel and is highly popular among locals.  Some of the more desirable homes in Hidden Valley are located along the fairways with outstanding view of the City of Reno.  Developers made way for newer home development in the year 2004 offering a selection of new and old homes styles. Price Guide $300,000 to $700,000. 

Mogul & Verdi are about 6 miles away and boast mature communities on larger lots with ranch style homes and some zoned for horses.  The appeal for living in Mogul is its rural feel yet just minutes away from great schools and shopping.  With a huge community & family orientation people tend to stay in one place for quite a while.  Lots typically range here from 1/3 acre to 2 acres with great views of the western mountains and Verdi.  Verdi is located on the Nevada/California border on the Truckee River.  Verdi was a logging town with a network of railways that ventured into the hills to the North and West until the fire of 1926 and the lack of timber put the logging industry out of business.  Verdi is also known for the great train robbery in 1870 when over $40,000 in gold coins were stolen.  Real estate in Verdi is very diverse from small cottages to multi million dollar custom homes.  Prices range from $200,000 to $2,000,000.

Montreux is considered by many as one of the highest standards of luxury in the Reno neighborhoods.  A private gated community and host to the famous Legends Reno Tahoe Open PGA Tournament.  Located at the foot of Mount Rose, these home-sites are complimented with unsurpassed mountain views and golf course and clubhouse memberships.  Prices range from $800,000 to $4,000,000.

North-West Reno Ever popular and a beautiful area home to Rancho San Rafael park and host of the balloon races each year. The University of Reno, NV is located right across from the park.  Easy access to I 80, open spaces, ski resorts, mountain biking and ATV's are popular. Good schools, shopping and access make this area high on the list to consider, with home prices starting in the low $200,000's.

Saddlehorn is located just south of Reno and offers stunning mountain views of Mt. Rose.  Known for the variety of custom built homes on sites exceeding .75 acre.  Walking trails, tennis courts and small parks deliver the wide open feel and yet minutes away from the Summit Shopping Centre, ski resort, Tahoe Lake and a short ride to the airport.  Prices range from $600,000 to $2,000,000. 

Somersett located in the newer NW area, this vast neighborhood spans 2,400 acres that runs into the foothills of Peavine to the west of Reno.  With a town centre features activities like aerobics, spinning, pottery, tennis, sport court, media room, teen centre and over 20 miles of walking trails. Open to all residents in Somersett, the country club offer an 18 hole championship golf course which is private but offers a variety of membership options.  Prices starting at $300,000 to $1,000,000.

South Meadows/Double Diamond & Damonte Located just off 395 south, this prime location for many with great access to ski resorts, Summit Shopping Mall, Renown Medical Centre and many thriving businesses including IGT.   Many homes in Double Diamond are located in small gated communities and offer facilities such as clubhouse and pool. With recent additions of new schools, parks and walking trails and the huge plus of level infrastructure. Price ranges start at around $200,000 for homes and slightly less for a condo/town-home.

Sparks & Spanish Springs East of Reno you'll find Sparks Marina which was once a gravel pit that is beautifully transformed into a lake with sandy beaches and walking paths and fishing.  Sparks is home to fun, with the water park, go carts, bowling, miniature golfing, and so much more.  Victorian Square has the Nugget and many local events like Hot August Nights, Rib Cook Off and Farmers markets throughout the summer.  Spanish Springs is a suburb located off Pyramid Highway and is needed one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the area.  The newest addition being Sparks Galleria Mall with Costco and Home Depot amongst others.  Price ranges $250,000 to $700,000.
